Loss Prevention Supervisor is a key member of the Kohl’s team, responsible for:
- Improving company profitability by developing, implementing, and maintaining effective loss prevention programs to reduce exposure to theft and increase associate awareness
- Overseeing the store’s Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) and product protection programs
- Conducting internal investigations, surveillance, and apprehension in compliance with Kohl's guidelines
- Developing and supervising loss prevention associates
- Conducting inspections to ensure store is in compliance with Kohl's policies and procedures
