Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Engagement
- Promote solutions related to artificial intelligence, data analytics, automation, digital tools, and business process optimization.
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers across multiple business functions.
- Understand client challenges and develop tailored proposals and solution recommendations.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation through contract closing.
- Maintain and grow long-term client relationships.
Project Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and delivery teams.
- Coordinate with technical specialists, developers, data scientists, AI engineers, and project teams.
- Ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
- Support repeat business and account growth opportunities.
Business Unit Development
- Contribute to the evolution of service offerings and go-to-market strategies.
- Help define commercial processes, priorities, and growth initiatives.
- Support business planning and strategic development activities.
- Participate in recruitment and team-building efforts.
- Take on increasing leadership responsibilities as the business grows.
Qualifications
Education
- Master's degree, MBA, or doctoral-level qualification in a healthcare, life sciences, business, technology, or related field.
Experience
- Proven experience in business development, sales, consulting, or account management.
- Experience selling customized digital, technology, software, data, or AI-related solutions to organizations within healthcare, life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical technology, or related industries is preferred.
