Real Estate Operations Coordinator
Karen Bolyard Real Estate Group is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support a fast-paced real estate business.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating systems, managing multiple priorities, solving problems independently, and helping keep a growing business running smoothly behind the scenes.
The successful candidate must be able to adapt quickly, communicate effectively, prioritize tasks efficiently, and think proactively rather than reactively.
Responsibilities Include:
Managing calendars, appointments, and scheduling
Monitoring and responding to emails
Coordinating listing and buyer activities
Tracking and managing leads within the CRM
Overseeing administrative workflows and office operations
Coordinating open houses and marketing initiatives
Managing vendor communications
Assisting with transaction management and compliance
Coordinating client events and community sponsorships
Supporting vacation rental operations and guest communications
Delegating and overseeing tasks assigned to administrative staff
Maintaining operational systems, SOPs, and project tracking
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and CRM systems
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment
Real estate experience preferred but not required
Administrative or operations experience strongly preferred
