About the Role

We’re hiring Real Estate Appointment Setters whose sole responsibility is to turn cold seller conversations into booked, high-quality listing appointments.

This is not a generic call-center role.

You will be cold calling homeowners (expireds, FSBOs, and follow-ups), qualifying motivation, and booking in-person or phone listing appointments for real estate agents we work with nationwide (top 10% agents).

We provide:

Mission of the Role

Your mission is simple:

Set a minimum of 10 qualified appointments per month (per agent) for the agents you support — and get paid directly on the deals that close.

 

 

Expected Outcomes

To succeed in this role, you are expected to:

  • Set ~10 appointments per month (per agent)
  • Generate those appointments through:
    • Outbound cold calling
    • Following up with previous leads
    • Redialing no-answers and callbacks
    • Working and recycling your pipeline daily

Performance Benchmarks

  • Minimum 10% appointment → close ratio
    • For every 10 appointments you book, at least 1 should close
  • Actively follow up:
    • Before appointments to ensure show-up
    • After no-shows or non-closes to re-set opportunities

 

 

Daily Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls daily
  • Work follow-up pipelines and callbacks
  • Attend daily Real Estate Setter Standup (9:00am CST)
  • Update CRM and pipeline stages accurately
  • Complete EOD (End-of-Day) report:
    • Are you on pace or off pace?
    • Identify bottlenecks and correct them quickly
  • Notify your manager of issues

 

 

Compensation Structure

Base Pay (Based on Agents Supported)

  • $1,000/month – 2 agents
  • $1,500/month – 3 agents
  • $2,000/month – 4 agents
  • $2,500/month – 5 agents
  • $3,000/month – 6 agents

Performance-Based Commission

  • 6.25% of closed deals

Deal Size Transparency

  • Average deal size: ~$15,000
  • Typical range: $12,000 – $50,000
  • Occasional deals exceed $100,000+

Your commission scales directly with deal size — larger listings = larger payouts.

  • Average conversion cycle: ~34 days

We operate on a simple philosophy:
You produce revenue → you get paid generously.

 

 

On-Target Earnings (OTE Examples)

Assuming a 10% close rate:

40 Appointments / Month

  • 4 deals closed
  • Avg deal size: $15,000
  • Commission: 6.25%
  • Estimated earnings: $3,750/month

60 Appointments / Month

  • 6 deals closed
  • Avg deal size: $15,000
  • Estimated earnings: $5,625/month

80 Appointments / Month

  • 8 deals closed
  • Avg deal size: $15,000
  • Estimated earnings: $7,500/month

Higher deal sizes ($25K–$50K+) significantly increase upside, with top performers consistently pushing $8,000–$9,000+/month as they ramp.
