Are you ready to join a unique and fast-growing residential realtor and manufactured / modular home dealer company located in Jacksonville, NC (next to Camp LeJeune) offering the opportunity, training, and resources to earn a high six figure income? HOME BASE is seeking two hires - a junior salesperson and a seasoned real estate agent.

Realty by Home Base is a licensed realtor and its affiliate, Home Base Advisors (HBA) a licensed manufactured/modular home dealer.

By combining the traditional realtor business with that of a manufactured/modular home dealership, HOME BASE Advisors/Agents have two distinct ways to earn commissions and close a high volume of home sales transactions. Additionally, HOME BASE has the financial backing of a regional private real estate investor that will either buy land from you and have you re-list once a spec home or rental is move in ready OR buy the land and hold it until your client’s funding and manufactured home purchase are ready for a turn-key closing. Either way our agents make two commissions for one transaction.

As you can focus on either residential realty sales or manufactured home sales but the more well rounded Advisors will seek to wear both hats. In our hybrid model, salespersons will not only service their clients and their real estate needs, but also receive favorable splits and a high volume of leads and appointments set on your behalf to assist buyers interested in purchasing land and/or a factory-built home. Again, giving you two primary paths to earn commissions.

MANUFACTURED HOMES - ON TREND

The manufactured home sector has grown tremendously the past decade. Since covid, home prices and rents have skyrocketed, thus pricing many buyers out of the market. However, manufactured homes are becoming an increasingly favored solution to home ownership.

QUALIFIED CANDIDATES

The ideal candidate should be a good communicator, listener, and advisor yet politely persistent. However the person needs to be able to manage a sales process and be highly detail oriented. HOME BASE is seeking candidates that are willing to bet on themselves to succeed.

This offers a great opportunity to help people own their own homes and generate a strong commission income at the same time. Tremendous growth opportunity for the right candidate looking to take the next step in his/her real estate sales and professional career.  Real estate experience is preferred, but not required. Additional consideration will be given to highly accomplished military and/or school teachers (thank you both for your service) looking to transition into real estate.
