Student AI Internship with Leadership Opportunities
Second Foundation AI: Student Internship with Leadership Opportunities
Flexible Schedule • Startup Culture • Commission-Based Incentives • High‑Impact Roles
Second Foundation AI is a fast‑moving, bootstrapped startup developing practical AI solutions for modern businesses. We are expanding our student team and seeking motivated individuals eager to help build a company from the ground up.
If you thrive in dynamic, unstructured environments and are ready to take on real responsibility, we want to hear from you.
About the Opportunity
We are recruiting for multiple roles across the organization. These flexible, part‑time internships are designed for students seeking hands‑on experience and professional growth within the AI sector.
As a bootstrapped startup, these initial roles are unpaid; however, students can earn commissions as the company secures clients and funding. High performers will be prioritized for leadership positions and salaried roles as we scale.
Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidates are:
- Self‑starters who can operate in an unstructured, fast‑changing environment
- Independent workers who don’t need constant supervision
- Quick learners who can adapt to new tools, tasks, and challenges
- Collaborative teammates who communicate well and support others
- Leaders in the making who want to help shape a growing company
- Curious about AI, business, operations, or entrepreneurship
No prior AI or technical experience required — just initiative, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
Available Roles
Students from both Business and Technical backgrounds are encouraged to apply. You may apply for one or more roles based on your interests and skills. We wear multiple hats!
