About Cynergists: We provide advanced AI Agents designed to empower businesses to automate workflows, maximize productivity, and unlock limitless growth. The Role: We are looking for a hungry, tech-curious individual to join our team. You do not need years of tech sales experience to apply. If you are coachable and ready to learn, our proprietary AI Sales Trainer will get you up to speed quickly.

Your primary goal is simple: Talk to business owners, identify their operational "bottlenecks," and match them with the cutting edge agentic CRM and  AI Workforce Agent from our catalog. If we don't have an agent ready, you will help scope a Custom AI Build to solve their unique problem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnostic Selling: Engage with leads to understand their current workflows and pain points. You aren’t just selling; you are diagnosing inefficiencies.
  • The "Matchmaker" Process:
    • Assess the client’s needs.
    • Direct them to the specific AI Agent on our website that solves that problem.
    • If a pre-made Agent doesn't exist, coordinate with our tech team to propose a Custom AI Agent Build.
  • Rapid Skill Development: Work daily with our AI Sales Trainer, to refine your pitch, learn objection handling, and master the art of AI consulting.
  • Pipeline Management: Utilize our agentic Cynergists CRM to track leads, schedule follow-ups, and manage your deals from initial conversation to close.
  • Market Feedback: Listen to what business owners are asking for and relay that back to the development team to help us build the next generation of AI Agents.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Coachability is King: We value the ability to learn over a 10-page resume. You must be willing to train with our AI sales trainer and adapt your approach.
  • Tech-Savvy Mindset: You don't need to be a coder, but you must be excited about AI and comfortable navigating software.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: You need to be able to listen to a business owner complain about a task and immediately think, "I have an Agent for that."
  • Communication: Clear, confident verbal and written communication skills are non-negotiable.
  • CRM Experience: Proficiency in Go High Level, HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus, but not required if you are a fast learner.
