Position Overview

We are seeking a creative Digital Content Creator to help elevate our online presence. In this highly flexible, remote role, you will spend roughly 5 hours a week creating both social media graphics and short-form video content. This role requires expertise in current social media trends, modern visual aesthetics, and creating content that resonates with a Gen Z and Millennial demographic. This is an ideal portfolio-building opportunity for someone who has a deep passion for serving, supporting, and advocating for the population of neurodivergent adults.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Graphics: Create visually compelling static posts, carousels, and informational slide decks using Canva. 

Video Production: Create and edit short-form videos for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook. 

Batch Scheduling: Plan and prep a week's worth of multi-format content during your designated weekly hours.

Email Design: Create monthly newsletters in our CRM platform. 

Qualifications

Target Candidate: Seeking current students, recent graduates, or early-career professionals looking to build a portfolio in the nonprofit sector.

Software Requirement: Must be highly proficient in Canva (all graphics will be built using this platform).

Portfolio: Must provide samples or a portfolio showcasing social media graphics and video clips.

Mission Alignment: A genuine passion for the neurodivergent adult population and a strong interest in advocacy, inclusion, and professional equality.
