We’re looking for a motivated, organized, and creative team member to join our Sales Support & Marketing team based in West Chicago, IL. This role is perfect for a recent graduate or early‑career marketer who wants hands‑on experience, real responsibility, and the chance to grow as our business grows.

You’ll be part of a supportive team that works across Air & Ocean, Transport, Warehousing, and CaroTrans throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Chile. While you’ll be trusted to work independently, you’ll also have direct mentorship and training to help you build strong foundations and develop your skills.

What you’ll be doing:

This role is all about mastering the marketing basics while showcasing your creativity every day.

• Managing marketing and sales inboxes and handling team member requests
• Creating marketing collateral including flyers, brochures, and internal materials
• Designing and updating customer‑facing flyers/presentations for sales teams
• Supporting marketing campaigns and tracking performance
• Assisting with conferences, sales meetings, and company events
• Helping with newsletters and internal communications
• Managing CaroTrans social media platforms
• Organizing data for monthly sales scorecards
• Managing webstore orders and internal marketing resources
• Updating websites and supporting SEO initiatives

Over time, you’ll also have the opportunity to take ownership of more projects as your skills and confidence grow.

What we’re looking for:

Having marketing skills is great, but we’re more interested in your attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.

• A strong interest in marketing, branding, and communications
• Great attention to detail and organization skills
• Confident communicator who enjoys working with different teams
• Comfortable juggling multiple requests and priorities
• Experience with Canva and/or Adobe (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is a bonus
• Marketing experience is welcome, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• A self‑driven mindset with a positive, team‑focused attitude
