Entry Level Marketing and Sales Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, developing, and executing promotional marketing and sales campaigns designed to generate new business opportunities.
- Help in the creation, organization, and distribution of marketing and sales materials within the various events and promotional content we utilize to enhance client engagement and overall brand exposure
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to brainstorm and contribute innovative ideas for future campaigns, ensuring fresh and compelling approaches to customer outreach.
- Provide critical support to the sales and marketing team, including managing data entry, handling client follow-ups, and scheduling appointments.
- Review research on market and sales strategy conditions, competitor activities, and emerging industry trends to identify new sales opportunities and ensure the company stays ahead in the marketplace while increasing revenue and acquisition within the local area
- Assist with the planning, coordination, and logistics for client-facing events, including campaigns, product launches, and networking sessions to boost brand awareness and foster client relationships.
- Prepare analysis reports to monitor campaign performance, track sales metrics, and evaluate success using defined KPIs.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide general support to both marketing and sales teams, ensuring a seamless client experience and maintaining strong relationships.
Qualifications:
- Must be local to Atlanta - This is an on-site role
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information and build rapport with clients.
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively, with a keen understanding of marketing and sales tactics.
- A positive, customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently, and with a team, while staying motivated to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not required. We provide training.
