We’re an athletic apparel & accessories brand making funner gear for amateur athletes. We make ridiculously cool hats, towels, bags & apparel for runners, lifters, sweater-uppers, and recovery obsessives. Our brand lives at the intersection of performance and personality.

What You’ll Do
This role includes BOTH Live Hosting and Content Creation. Though we can also focus on one more than the other.

Bring the Sprints experience to life, live and unscripted. You’ll host TikTok Lives that stop thumbs, spark laughs, and sell product like a pro.

Host multiple TikTok Live sessions per week with high energy and humor

Showcase products in authentic, fun ways

Engage with the audience in real time: answer questions, react to comments, hype product drops

Collaborate with our marketing team to align on promos, product focuses, and launch moments

Track performance and help us test new formats

Assist with content creation: ideating, cutting, editing, and uploading shoppable TikTok Shop content across various Sprints affiliated accounts.

You’ll Thrive If You:

Are confident, funny, and magnetic on camera

Have strong improv instincts—you’re quick on your feet and love live interaction

Know how TikTok works, from For You Page to follower funnels

Are available for 10–20 hours per week, including evenings or weekends when needed
