About the Role We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our founder directly. You might be helping coordinate a shipment at our warehouse one day and supporting content or brand projects the next. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment, loves beauty, and takes initiative, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Support day-to-day operational and brand tasks as needed
- Assist with warehouse coordination and inventory as needed
- Help with content, including shooting photo and video content for social media
- Be comfortable capturing behind-the-scenes, product, and lifestyle content
- Help with content, brand, and marketing projects
- Organize and manage materials, deadlines, and logistics
- Pitch in wherever the team needs you most
What We're Looking For
- Based in or able to commute to the Bay Area. Must be within 40 miles from San Francisco.
- Extremely organized and reliable
- Passionate about beauty, wellness, or consumer brands
- Comfortable in a startup environment where priorities can shift
- A self-starter who takes ownership and follows through
- Strong communication and attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Interest in operations, marketing, or brand building
- Experience in a retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods environment
