Real Estate Acquisition Sales Rep

Position Overview

The Agent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with real estate agents, generating investment opportunities, submitting offers, negotiating contracts, and building a consistent pipeline of deals from the MLS and agent outreach.

The ideal candidate is highly personable, organized, persistent, and comfortable spending most of their day on the phone developing relationships.

 

Responsibilities

The Agent Acquisition Manager will spend the majority of their time building and maintaining relationships with real estate agents throughout our target markets. They will introduce agents to City Wide Offer, educate them on the types of properties we purchase, and position themselves as a trusted resource for agents working with distressed, inherited, vacant, or investment-focused properties.

In addition to relationship-building, the Agent Acquisition Manager will review listed properties, evaluate investment opportunities, and submit offers on behalf of the company. They will communicate directly with listing agents, negotiate terms, gather feedback from sellers, and maintain a consistent follow-up process on all submitted offers.

 

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has previous experience in sales, business development, real estate, or relationship management. They possess strong communication and negotiation skills and are comfortable spending a significant portion of their day speaking with agents and following up on opportunities.

Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is self-motivated, organized, competitive, and committed to building meaningful relationships that produce results.

Compensation

This position offers a competitive base salary along with commission opportunities and performance-based bonuses. The compensation structure is designed to reward individuals who consistently generate opportunities, secure contracts, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
