HR Intern

The HR Intern supports the Human Resources team in daily operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in gaining hands‑on experience in HR processes and workplace culture development.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews

Support onboarding activities such as preparing new‑hire paperwork and orientation materials

Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy

Help coordinate HR events, trainings, and employee engagement initiatives

Assist with HR compliance tasks, including documentation and policy updates

Conduct basic research on HR best practices and industry trends

Provide general administrative support to the HR team

 

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast‑paced environment

 

Preferred Skills (Optional):

Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Basic knowledge of labor laws or HR principles

Prior internship or office experience
