Business Development & Marketing Intern

About Us

Watkins-Conti Products is a women's pelvic health company dedicated to improving the lives of women experiencing stress urinary incontinence (SUI). Our flagship product, Yōni.Fit®, is an FDA-cleared bladder support that helps women regain confidence and get back to the moments that matter most.

 

We are seeking a motivated and professional intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in healthcare, sales, marketing, business development, and operations while supporting a growing medical device company. The ideal candidate is a junior or senior college student, or a recent graduate, who is excited by the opportunity to work directly with leadership in a fast-growing women's health startup.

 

Position Summary

As a Business Development & Marketing Intern, you will work directly with company leadership and key team members to support sales, marketing, research, and operational initiatives. This role offers valuable exposure to startup operations, healthcare marketing, and business development.

 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Email/text/cold calling marketing campaigns
  • Market and competitor research
  • Social media content creation and management
  • Marketing material development
  • Lead generation and CRM management
  • Administrative and operational support
  • Order processing, fulfillment, and documentation maintenance
  • Special projects as assigned

 

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and common digital tools
  • Experience with Canva or similar graphic design and content creation platforms
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new software platforms and digital tools
  • Interest in healthcare, marketing, sales, business, or communications
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Strong team-player mindset with a willingness to assist with a variety of projects and support other areas of the business as needed

 

Additional Requirements

Because our company operates in women's health, candidates must be comfortable discussing female anatomy, women's health conditions, and stress urinary incontinence in a professional, respectful, and educational manner.

Compensation & Schedule

  • $12.00 per hour
  • 10–20 hours per week
  • Flexible scheduling to accommodate academic commitments
