Marketing and Social Media Intern/Personal Assistant to CEO

We Are All Immigrants

We Are All Immigrants is a traveling fine-dining pop-up series (currently anticipating opening a brick and mortar) that celebrates immigrant stories through food. Founded by a chef, attorney, and actor, our mission is simple: create unforgettable dining experiences and donate profits to organizations supporting immigrant communities.

We're looking for a creative, organized, and highly motivated intern to work directly with the founder as a Personal Assistant & Social Media/Marketing Intern.

What You'll Do

  • Create and schedule content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
  • Assist with photography, video editing, and storytelling
  • Research venues, partners, charities, and local events
  • Help coordinate pop-up dinners and special events
  • Manage administrative tasks, calendars, and communications
  • Brainstorm creative marketing campaigns and community outreach

Who You Are

  • Strong written and verbal communicator
  • Social media savvy with an eye for aesthetics and trends
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Interested in food, hospitality, social impact, nonprofit work, or entrepreneurship
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving startup environment

Why This Role Is Different
This isn't a typical internship where you'll be making coffee and sitting in meetings. You'll work directly with the founder, help build a mission-driven brand from the ground up, and have a real impact on projects that support immigrant communities across the United States.

Perfect for students interested in marketing, communications, hospitality, nonprofit leadership, social impact, journalism, content creation, or entrepreneurship. 

This internship will be mostly remote with potential for travel for specific events. This position could potentially lead to full time employment.
