Didi Interiors + Architecture is a 10-person interior design and architecture firm based in Needham, MA. We are a full-service firm for residential and commercial projects, specializing in architecture, interior design, exterior design, renovations, furniture, decor and project management. We are passionate about thoughtful design and creating spaces that are both beautiful and functional.
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and motivated individual to join our team part-time for the Summer 2026. This is a hands-on opportunity to work amongst experienced designers and architects on real projects. You will be immersed in the day-to-day life of our busy design firm.
What You Will Do
Design Support
- Assist designers with ordering samples, item sourcing/pricing, sample pick up/returns with local vendors, and other design assistance as needed
- Assist with set up/receiving of items received at client’s residences
- Product tracking
- Help prepare client documentation including project binders
- Support the team with day-to-day project coordination tasks
Administrative & Creative
- Help maintain inspiration and resource library
- Support social media content gathering and organization
- General studio support as needed
- Greet guests and vendors arriving at the office
- Open and track all incoming packages at the studio
What We Are Looking For
Required
- Strong eye for design, color, and materials
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
- Previous internship or work experience in a design or creative environment
- Knowledge of interior design trends and the design industry
