Job Description for Junior High Math Teacher 

  • Teach the 6-7-8 Math Curriculum following established Math standards.
  • Establish an orderly and engaging classroom focused on Math education.
  • Support the mission of Manhattan Catholic Schools in words and actions.
  • Works with the building principal on curriculum used for the Math program.
  • Maintain updated gradebooks in PowerSchool for all students.
  • Provide reports to parents on student progress.
  • Participate in Parent-Teacher Conferences.
  • Participates in local and diocesan in-service workshops with the MCS staff.
  • Other duties that may be assigned.
  • Potential coaching opportunities.
