Sales Representative – In-Person Opportunity
We’re hiring a driven Sales Representative to join a high-energy, results-focused team. In this role, you’ll engage directly with customers, build strong relationships, and develop valuable sales and communication skills in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time W2 position with a combination of hourly pay, commission, and bonuses.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage customers through in-person interactions and deliver a strong customer experience
- Present products and services clearly, confidently, and professionally
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Support the execution of sales campaigns and daily targets
- Work closely with team members and leadership to exceed performance goals
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and development sessions
