About the Role
We're looking for a creative, plugged-in Social Media Intern to join our team for the summer. You'll own our TikTok presence — ideating, filming, and posting content that actually performs. You'll also lead our influencer seeding program, identifying the right creators and building real relationships that get our products in front of new audiences. This is a hands-on role with real ownership from day one.
If you've made a video that blew up, you already know how to think — we want that energy on our brand.

What You'll Do
- Create & post TikTok content — film, edit, and publish short-form videos that feel native to the platform (no stiff brand-speak)
- Grow our organic presence — stay ahead of trends, sounds, and formats; test what works and iterate fast
- Run our influencer gifting program — research and identify micro and macro influencers who align with our brand, draft personalized DMs, coordinate package sends, and track results
- Engage with our community — respond to comments and DMs, spot UGC worth reposting, and help build a real following
- Report on performance — pull basic analytics and flag what's working (and what isn't)
- Support other social channels as bandwidth allows (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)

What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program (Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or related field preferred)
- Demonstrated experience creating TikTok content — please include your TikTok handle or links to videos in your application
- Bonus: at least one video with 50K+ views or meaningful viral traction
- Genuine understanding of what makes content perform on TikTok (not just trends — but *why* they spread)
- Strong written communication skills for crafting influencer outreach
- Self-starter who can manage their own time and take creative initiative
- Familiarity with TikTok analytics, CapCut, or similar editing tools is a plus

- Duration: June – August 2025 (approximately 10–12 weeks)
- Hours: 15–20 hours/week (flexible, with some overlap with core business hours)
- Location: Remote
- Compensation: $100/week stipend; we are happy to support academic credit arrangements through your institution.
