Proverbs 31 Beauty Pageant is seeking Recruiter Personal Assistants to support our nationwide recruiting team. This position offers the opportunity to work primarily from home while helping coordinate interviews, assist applicants, and support recruiters across the country.

No prior experience is required. We provide all necessary training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Assist recruiters with applicant communications
• Respond to emails, texts, and candidate inquiries
• Maintain applicant records and tracking information
• Help onboard new recruits and contestants
• Support recruiting campaigns and special projects
• Attend occasional company events and meetings

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and professional communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Ability to work independently
• Willingness to complete free training
