Field Representative

Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic, outgoing Field Representative to serve as the face of our campaign on the ground. This role is entirely focused on direct public engagement—you will be the crucial link between the campaign and the community, driving voter outreach, showing up at local events, and building grassroots momentum where it matters most.

Expected Responsibilities

Grassroots Canvassing: Lead door-to-door canvassing and phone banking operations to engage community members, deliver the campaign's message, and collect critical voter data.

Event Support & Presence: Attend local community events, town halls, fairs, and rallies to distribute campaign literature, register voters, and represent the campaign with high energy.

Volunteer Coordination: Help recruit, train, and manage local volunteers for large-scale canvassing shifts and event turnouts.

Data Reporting: Accurately track and log daily voter interactions, feedback, and support levels using campaign software.

Specific Skills Required

Interpersonal Communication: Exceptional active listening and speaking skills; ability to connect genuinely with people from diverse backgrounds.

Persuasion & Resilience: Ability to deliver a compelling message, answer questions confidently, and remain positive and professional when facing rejection.

Adaptability: Comfortable working on your feet in fast-paced, constantly changing environments and outdoor weather conditions.

Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in political campaigns, advocacy work, customer service, or community organizing is a strong plus.

Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel across the assigned territory.

Flexible schedule with the absolute requirement to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
