Marketing Production Intern

What You'll Do
As our Marketing Production Intern, you'll be the essential link coordinating visual communication projects from start to finish. The core responsibilities include:
Project Coordination & Management
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather project requirements, specifications, and timelines for print and digital materials
- Track projects from conception through final delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
- Maintain organized project files and production schedules using department systems
Vendor & Stakeholder Relations
- Serve as liaison between internal teams and external vendors (designers, printers, photographers, videographers)
- Coordinate logistics for photo and video shoots, including scheduling, location setup, and talent management
- Maintain professional relationships with external partners
Quality Assurance & Production Support
- Review proofs and materials for accuracy, brand compliance, and quality before final approval
- Assist with invoice processing for production-related expenses
- Coordinate distribution and delivery of finished materials
- Archive final production files into the department Google drive or digital asset management system
What We're Looking For
Education: Currently enrolled in undergraduate or graduate program in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field
Experience: Previous internship, coursework, or project experience in marketing, communications, or design is a plus — but we're equally interested in candidates who can point to something they took ownership of and saw through to completion, whether personal, academic, or professional
