Capital Raising Internship / Part-Time Analyst
Focus: Series A, investor materials, financial storytelling, forecasting

Job Description
Dr. B Dental Solutions is looking for a highly analytical and entrepreneurial intern or part-time analyst to support capital raising efforts for the company’s next stage of growth. This role is ideal for a student or recent alum interested in venture capital, private equity, startups, investment banking, or corporate finance.
You will work directly on real fundraising initiatives, including investor materials, forecasting, research, and strategic analysis. This is not a purely academic role. You will help prepare materials that may be used in live conversations with investors.
Responsibilities
● Assist with investor research and target list building
● Help update and refine pitch decks, one-pagers, and outreach materials
● Support financial forecasting, scenario modeling, and use-of-funds analysis
● Help organize data rooms and investor follow-up materials
● Research comparable companies, market trends, and financing benchmarks
● Assist with CRM tracking for investor outreach and pipeline management
● Support preparation for investor meetings and follow-up communications
Ideal Candidate
● Strong interest in startups, fundraising, venture capital, or finance
● Excellent PowerPoint / Google Slides and Excel / Google Sheets skills
● Strong written communication and attention to detail
● Comfortable working with numbers, forecasts, and business models
● Highly organized, discreet, and professional
● Able to think strategically while executing quickly
