We are actively hiring motivated and driven individuals to join our growing Medicare sales team. Whether you are already licensed or looking to get started, we invest in your success from day one.

• Paid pre-licensing & testing

• 20 warm inbound calls daily – NO cold calling
• Access to A-rated carriers: Humana, Anthem, Aetna, UHC
• Base salary + bonus structure

📞 What You’ll Do

• Handle Medicare leads 
• Educate clients on plan options and coverage
• Match clients with the best policy for their needs
• Close sales and exceed performance goals
• Maintain professional and compliant communication

• Active Health/Life license OR willingness to obtain 
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Sales-driven mindset with a customer-first approach
