Our commitment to our clients is matched only by our dedication to our team members. We are seeking an IT Intern to work closely with our IT team and support ongoing technology initiatives. 

Job Brief: We are looking for a motivated and technically curious IT Intern to support our growing technology team. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced financial services environment, assisting with end-user support, asset management, and enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Okta. You’ll work alongside IT staff to deliver reliable solutions while gaining practical experience in a regulated, client-focused industry. 

Responsibilities  

Provide technical support for common IT tickets such as software installations, password resets, and hardware issues. 

- Assist with logging inventory to an asset management IT platform. 

- Configure workstations for new hires and support the onboarding process. 

- Creating documentation for internal and external processes as guided by our ITSM program. 

- Support our end-user base during firm wide projects and deployments, primarily related to Intune, Entra, and Okta configurations. 

Knowledge and Skills 

- Highly detail oriented with a mindset for problem solving. 

- Excellent customer service skills 

- Ability to work in a collaborative environment while proactively identifying independent tasks 

- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications. 

Education and Experience 

- Student pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field 

- Experience with coordinating group projects and meeting deadlines.
