About the Role

Cyrano Video is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team.

This is an entry-level sales role designed for ambitious, competitive, and personable individuals who want to build a career in technology sales. As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, engaging prospective customers, and scheduling meetings for our senior sales team.

No prior sales experience is required. We hire for attitude, work ethic, communication skills, and coachability.

Top-performing SDRs who consistently exceed expectations and demonstrate readiness for a closing role can earn promotion to Account Executive in as little as 6–12 months.

This role is designed for individuals who are excited to build a long-term career in sales and are motivated by the opportunity to grow into higher-impact, higher-earning positions over time.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and engage potential customers through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels
  • Identify organizations that fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Qualify prospects and uncover potential business opportunities
  • Schedule discovery meetings for senior sales team members
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives on account strategy and outreach
  • Maintain accurate records and activity within CRM systems
  • Participate in sales training, coaching sessions, and ongoing professional development
  • Consistently meet and exceed activity and pipeline generation goals

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $50,000
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $59,000+

The compensation listed above reflects expected earnings while serving in the SDR role. This position is intentionally designed as a development opportunity for individuals pursuing a long-term career in sales. Successful SDRs who demonstrate strong performance and readiness for advancement can earn promotion to an Account Executive role, which offers significantly higher earning potential through increased compensation and commission opportunities.
