VISTA Assignment Objectives and Member Activities Goal of the Overall VISTA Project: To strengthen The Beacon's community coordination systems and organizational infrastructure that improve communication, data tracking, and its service delivery among partner agencies. Objective of the Assignment The VISTA member will build sustainable systems and processes that enhance communication, data collection, and operational efficiency, resulting in improved coordination and increased organizational capacity Member Activity (01/11/2026 - 02/06/2027): 1. Communication Infrastructure DevelopmentDevelop and refine systems for managing shared communication channelsCreate standardized communication materials and protocols for partner engagementImprove coordination processes between stakeholders Member Activity (01/11/2026 - 02/06/2027): 2.
