Marketing Copywriter & Proofreader

We are a successful, well-established, and growing real estate marketing company seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and resourceful team player to join our team.

This is primarily a writing position. Approximately 97% of this role is dedicated to research, copywriting, editing, and proofreading. Graphic design experience is not required.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing, researching, and creating compelling content while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. If you have exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and take pride in producing polished, error-free work, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Research and develop content for direct mail and print marketing campaigns
• Write, edit, and proofread marketing copy with accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail
• Collaborate with team members and clients to create effective marketing materials
• Communicate with clients daily via phone, email, and in person
• Review customer and market data to help shape content strategy and campaign direction
• Track campaign results and identify opportunities for improvement
• Assist with day-to-day office operations, administrative tasks, and client support
• Serve as a professional and friendly point of contact for clients

Qualifications

• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Positive attitude with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team environment
• Real estate experience or familiarity with MLS is a plus, but not required
