Event Sales Assistant (Retail Pop-Ups) – Full Time

We’re working with a growing company that delivers in-store retail pop-up events for a leading telecommunications provider, helping customers better understand essential connectivity services through face-to-face engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in retail environments in a confident and professional manner
  • Clearly explain telecom products, services, and current promotions
  • Support customer engagement and sales objectives
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of retail pop-up stands
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional presentation area
  • Represent client brands positively at all times
  • Work collaboratively with your team during busy retail periods.

Compensation & Development

  • Average weekly earnings: $775–$850
    (Base pay + commission + performance bonuses)
  • Ongoing training and support
  • Opportunities for progression as the business grows
  • Potential to support new campaign launches in additional markets
