Luxury Travel Intern
The Luxury Travel & Client Experience Intern will support the development of Trustwell Travel Management during an exciting growth stage. This role is ideal for a hospitality, tourism, marketing, communications, business, or entrepreneurship student who wants hands-on experience helping build a boutique luxury travel brand from the ground up.
The intern will assist with travel research, client experience support, destination and supplier organization, marketing content, itinerary preparation, and administrative projects that strengthen the company’s systems and service model.
Key Responsibilities
The intern may assist with:
Travel Research & Planning Support
Research luxury hotels, resorts, cruises, destinations, tours, restaurants, and experiences
Prepare destination summaries, hotel comparison notes, and travel inspiration content
Assist with supplier research for luxury, cruise, wellness, family, and group travel
Client Experience & Operations
Support the organization of client travel details, preferences, and planning notes
Help prepare itinerary content, proposal language, and client-facing summaries
Assist with forms, workflows, and internal checklists to improve the client experience
Marketing & Brand Development
Draft social media captions, email copy, blog-style content, and promotional language
Help organize content ideas for luxury travel, cruise travel, wellness travel, and group experiences
Support flyer, landing page, and client communication development
Business Building & Administrative Support
Assist with CRM organization, supplier databases, and project tracking
Support research for strategic partnerships and potential client markets
Help document repeatable processes as the company grows

Able to handle client-related information with discretion and confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, Entrepreneurship, or a related field
Strong writing, research, and organizational skills
Familiarity with Canva, Google Workspace, Notion, Microsoft Office, or CRM/project tools is a plus
Interest in luxury hospitality, cruises, destination marketing, or boutique business development preferred
