We are seeking a detail-oriented Online Research Assistant to help gather, organize, and analyze information from online sources. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working independently, and skilled at finding accurate information quickly. Typical duties include conducting online research, maintaining spreadsheets, verifying data accuracy, and preparing summary reports.
Responsibilities
- Conduct online research on companies, industries, products, and market trends.
- Gather information from websites, databases, social media, and public records.
- Organize research findings in spreadsheets and reports.
- Verify the accuracy and credibility of sources.
- Summarize findings and provide actionable insights.
- Maintain databases and update records regularly.
- Support special projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Strong internet research skills.
- Experience with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and Google Docs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Previous research, data entry, virtual assistant, or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
