Social Media Coordinator

The Purcell Clinic is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow our online presence across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, increasing brand awareness, fostering community engagement, and supporting marketing initiatives that promote the clinic's services and mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and other relevant channels.
  • Create engaging graphics, videos, captions, and promotional materials aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers in a professional and timely manner.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
  • Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to create campaigns that support organizational goals.
  • Stay current on industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms.
  • Assist with online reputation management and community outreach initiatives.
  • Coordinate content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Support email marketing, blog content, and digital marketing projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and content strategies.
  • Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent written, editing, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
