Supply Chain Operations Supervisor

What We Are Looking For:
We find that candidates with quantitative or analytical majors (such as Engineering, Economics, or Hard Sciences) who also have a proven track record in sports, student government, or competitive extracurricular activities thrive immensely in this role.

Key Qualifications:
·       Leadership & Communication: Proven ability to support, motivate, and communicate effectively with teams to achieve operational goals. Excellent verbal and written skills are a must.
·       Analytical Mindset: Comfortable tracking and reporting departmental production data using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint).
·       Technical Aptitude: Experience with or exposure to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), HRIS, or data reporting tools (e.g., Sterling, Manhattan, WCS, Kronos, Qlik Reporting) is a plus.
·       Adaptability: Strong change management skills and a commitment to serving as a positive role model while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
·       Physical Agility: Ability to meet the physical demands of a fulfillment environment, including standing/walking during a shift, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Compensation & Benefits:
