Key Responsibilities: Event Sales & Customer Engagement
- Represent the company at promotional events, trade shows, retail activations, and community campaigns.
- Engage with customers face-to-face to promote products and services and generate sales opportunities.
- Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations that create interest and drive results.
- Build positive relationships with prospective customers and provide exceptional customer service.
Brand Promotion & Marketing Support
- Serve as a brand ambassador by educating customers about products, services, and promotional offers.
- Support the execution of event marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to support ongoing promotional initiatives.
Sales Performance
- Work toward individual and team sales goals while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.
- Track customer interactions and contribute to lead generation and customer acquisition efforts.
- Assist in maximizing event performance through effective communication and sales techniques.
Event Operations
- Support event setup, coordination, and breakdown activities.
- Assist with event logistics to ensure a smooth and successful customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and energetic event environment.
