Account Representative

Next Horizon Group, a sales and development firm, is hiring an Account Representative to help Scranton embrace AT&T Fiber products. The Account Representative will identify service gaps, demonstrate how AT&T Fiber products work, and guide customers toward better connectivity.

As an Entry Level Account Manager, you will complete professional account and sales training to understand how AT&T Fiber can enhance daily life for Scranton customers that way you can help manage customer accounts. The Account Representative will then focus on working on customer accounts with integrity, ensuring every customer is supported in their connectivity journey.

Responsibilities of the Account Representative

  • Perform consultations to identify slow internet and help promote AT&T Fiber’s high-speed, symmetrical account upgrades.
  • Drive revenue by presenting AT&T Fiber promotional tiers and bundles that offer better value than legacy cable providers.
  • Help oversee customer accounts and help with the enrollment process of AT&T Fiber.
  • Organize daily activity to ensure consistent lead follow-up and a high rate of account activations.
  • Build long-term brand loyalty by resolving account questions in person, turning technical concerns into opportunities.

Qualifications of the Account Representative

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in account coordination or sales is a plus but not required.
  • Track record of managing customer accounts would be very helpful.
  • Ability to analyze account trends to identify opportunities for enhanced service adoption.
