Viral Clipper

We’re looking for a Viral Clipper who can run live streams end‑to‑end, monitor the broadcast in real time, and pull, edit, and publish short‑form clips to social platforms as the stream is happening. This role blends technical production with fast‑twitch content instincts.

Responsibilities

Live Stream Setup — Configure cameras, audio, overlays, scenes, and stream settings across platforms (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok Live, etc.).

Live Monitoring — Watch the stream in real time, troubleshoot issues, and ensure stable broadcast quality.

Real‑Time Clipping — Identify viral moments as they happen, cut clips instantly, and prep them for posting.

Rapid Editing — Add captions, crop for vertical formats, adjust audio, and apply brand templates within minutes.

Social Posting — Publish clips to TikTok, Reels, Shorts, X, and other platforms during the live stream.

Content Tagging — Write punchy titles, tags, and descriptions optimized for reach.

Analytics Tracking — Monitor clip performance and report insights after each stream.

Requirements

Live production experience with OBS, Streamlabs, vMix, or similar tools.

Fast editing ability in Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.

Platform fluency across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X.

Strong editorial instincts — you know a viral moment the second it happens.

Multitasking under pressure — comfortable clipping, editing, and posting while the stream is live.

Reliable communication with hosts, producers, and moderators.

Nice to Have

Motion graphics basics (simple lower thirds, transitions).

Experience with creator workflows.

Knowledge of trending formats and meme culture.
