Entry-Level Account Executive (Technology Sales)

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Account Executive to join our sales team. This role is ideal for recent graduates and early-career professionals interested in building a career in B2B technology sales, business development, and account management.

This is a full-time, on-site sales role based in Alhambra, CA, with a strong focus on B2B prospecting, relationship building, and closing deals. 

You will also gain exposure to modern sales tools, including CRM systems, data-driven insights, and AI-assisted workflows used to improve sales performance and customer engagement.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of Xerox products, services, and AI-driven business solutions
  • Prospect and engage with key business decision-makers through outbound calls, networking, and referrals
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals
  • Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions and proposals
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity in CRM systems (Salesforce)
  • Utilize CRM tools, data insights, and AI-assisted workflows to manage pipeline and optimize performance
  • Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in sales, business development, and customer relationship management
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn
  • Comfortable making phone calls and engaging with prospective customers
    Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for client visits)
  • Completion of a required AI certification is mandatory for all roles. This certification must be completed prior to the start date or within the first two weeks of employment. Training resources will be provided.
