Position Overview

We're seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as Brand Ambassadors. In this role, you'll represent nationally recognized brands and nonprofit partners at community events, promotional campaigns, and fundraising initiatives. This position provides valuable experience in communication, marketing, customer engagement, and leadership development.

What You'll Do

• Represent clients and nonprofit partners at community events and promotional campaigns
• Educate consumers and event attendees about products, services, and charitable initiatives
• Build positive relationships with customers, donors, and community members
• Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown
• Support marketing and outreach efforts through face-to-face engagement
• Track campaign activity and provide feedback to leadership teams
• Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign goals

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Comfortable interacting with diverse groups of people
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, athletics, student organizations, volunteer work, or leadership roles is a plus but not required
