What You'll Be Doing
Daily / Weekly:
- Conduct outbound communications to both cold and warm leads.
- Follow up on leads and qualify potential clients.
- Schedule visits to introduce prospects to our unique process.
- Manage and update the CRM, including scheduling and rescheduling client visits.
Monthly / Quarterly:
- Attend live marketing events such as dinners and workshops.
- Engage prospects in person, explain our process, and schedule follow-up visits.
- Follow up with event attendees to secure appointments.
- Report on lead follow-up effectiveness and conversion rates.
- Call suspect and opportunity lists for events.
- Reach out for all quarterly client events.
