Influencer UGC Marketing Intern
Location: Scottsdale/Tempe, AZ (hybrid) or remote
Type: Internship → paid role for the right person
Comp: [Performance Bonus ~ $1000/M]
Hours: [20 hrs/week]
Reports to: Parth Arora, Founder & CEO & Dedicated Client Partner & Client
What this role is.
We build user-generated content programs for our clients and we're building them to be repeatable, so we can drop a new brand into the machine and have creators producing within days. You'll own that machine. From getting brands set up across every UGC marketplace, to recruiting creators, to running performance-based campaigns, to scaling a single client to hundreds of creators with townhalls and leaderboards.
This is an operations and partnerships role. You're managing people, processes, and numbers at volume. The end goal: a creator program that runs like a system, feeds our paid media with winning content, and scales.
What you'll actually do:
- Set up and manage brand accounts across UGC marketplaces — SocialCat, Trybe, Insense, Billo, and more.
- Build content pillars and creator briefs per client so creators know exactly what to make.
- Launch performance-based campaigns: seed product, set reward tiers, and run the submission-to-approval pipeline.
- Track which videos perform and promote top creators up the ladder — from gifted, to flat-rate, to paid usage and ambassadors.
- Scale programs to hundreds of creators: recruiting funnels, onboarding, community, and townhalls.
- Report results clients can actually read — volume, top performers, and ROAS on UGC-fed paid campaigns.
You're a fit if you:
- Are organized to an almost annoying degree. You like systems, trackers, and SOPs.
- Communicate clearly with a lot of people at once without dropping balls.
- Understand what makes UGC actually convert, not just look nice.
- Can be told "make this repeatable" and turn a one-off into a playbook.
You're not a fit if you:
- Get overwhelmed managing many moving pieces.
- Can't keep a tracker clean.
- Wait to be told what to do next.
