Automotive Retail and Operations Associate (Summer-to-Career Opportunity)
We're seeking a motivated and dependable team member to support daily retail store operations during our busy season. This role is ideal for a college student, recent graduate, or motivated individual looking to gain real-world business experience in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
No two days are exactly the same. You may be helping customers find the right products, stocking shelves, receiving inventory, organizing displays, assisting with warehouse tasks, or contributing to marketing projects.
This position rewards self-starters who enjoy staying busy, taking initiative, and working as part of a close-knit team.

Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, professional customer service to retail and commercial customers
- Answer basic product questions and help customers select appropriate detailing products
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory organization
- Receive, move, and organize incoming freight shipments
- Update pricing and merchandising displays
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment
- Assist with order fulfillment and daily operational tasks
- Support team members with projects and special initiatives as needed
Additional Growth Opportunities
Candidates with experience or interest in marketing, graphic design, photography, videography, or social media will have opportunities to assist with:

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in automotive detailing, automotive care, or the automotive aftermarket industry
- Retail, warehouse, customer service, or sales experience
- Marketing, graphic design, photography, videography, or social media experience
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
- Bilingual - experience and a strong understanding of English and Spanish languages is a huge plus.
