Job Title: Entry-Level Insurance Sales Agent (Career Starter Role)
Location: Plantation, FL
Schedule: Full-time Monday - Friday 9am- 5pm IN PERSON
Compensation: Base Pay + Commissions + Bonus Incentives
Benefits: Wellness Benefits and PTO

Pay Range: Annual salary starts at $45,000 Base pay + bonus incentives including commissions

What You’ll Do

• Face-to-face client interactions in the community
• Prospecting and outreach by phone to generate new business
• Enjoy a dynamic, high-energy sales role with meaningful daily activity
• Learn and engage in multiple areas of insurance, including:
  • Life
  • Auto/Home
  • Health
  • Business coverage (as applicable)
• Participate in marketing efforts and community engagement to help promote our services

• Comfortable with phone prospecting and in-person outreach
• Ability to study and test for insurance license exams
• No prior experience required—we’ll train you
