Responsibilities
Day-to-day projects may include but are not limited to:
- Gather and assemble client background information and analyses as needed to assist with onboarding, generating creative briefs, project start documents and media/PR backgrounders.
- Complete competitive audits for select Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients.
- Shadow and participate in client marketing projects.
- Provide administrative assistance to account executives and account supervisors on day-to-day client activities.
- Help document new workflow processes which may include estimates, schedules and tasks used in time and project management system.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Additional Information
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or project management
- Agency internship or experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a rapidly growing, fast-paced and dynamic company
- This is a paid internship
