Growth Marketing Coordinator

TEAM/ROLE: GROWTH MARKETING 

EXPERIENCE LEVEL: ENTRY LEVEL, 0-2 YEARS

 

SpoiledChild is looking for a highly motivated, creative, hard-working, “get-shit-done” superstar to drive our performance marketing growth efforts (aka, make a BILLION video ads that we can run on social media to sell our products) 

 

You’ll get to do it all, start-to-finish: everything from figuring out creative ways to sell your products in video ads on social media, to sourcing content creators that will help bring your vision to life, to building footage briefs, to executing in-house video productions, to story-boarding specific video ads, to analyzing results. The role is highly collaborative, creative, and fast-paced. You’ll be making TONS of videos, so you need to LOVE IT (and have the super power of dreaming up a billion different ways to sell the same product).

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Brainstorm ways to sell our products in social media video ads 
  • Continuously research consumer behavior, competitor strategies, and social trends to understand what’s working (and what’s not). Use this to inform your ideas for how to sell our products 
  • Develop new visual assets by sourcing content creators and/or executing on internal video productions 
  • Develop specific creative briefs that content creators can use to execute on your vision 
  • Story-board specific video ads using the footage you’ve sourced (everything from writing the ad to hand-picking specific visuals) – you’ll be doing a TON of this. 
  • Partner closely with the video editing and graphic design teams to bring your story-board to life 
  • Regularly analyze your ad results, and use the data to inform the next round of video ad tests

  • Creative salesperson, with natural ability to quickly ideate a billion different ways 
  • FAST, no-ego, team-player who gets it done no-matter-what, while maintaining an exceptionally high bar and attention to detail 
  • Excellent communicator – both written and verbal. You’re a pro with words. 
  • Social media obsessed – you naturally live, breathe, and eat social media
  • Extremely strong project manager with excellent organizational skills. You LOVE checklists.
  • Analytical thinker with deep comfort analyzing data and translating the analysis into actionable insights 
  • Lover of health, wellness, and beauty 
  • NYC-based - this role is in-person in our Soho office four days a week
