Leading Field Marketing Organization in the insurance industry, focused on producer training, staff development, and helping businesses grow through a customer-best-interest approach. As a growing division within an integrated marketing department, seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to strengthen brand awareness across their local markets.

Position Summary
We are looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead social media strategy and execution across Instagram, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn. This role will be responsible for building brand visibility, creating engaging content, supporting agent marketing efforts, and tracking performance to help drive awareness and business growth. The ideal candidate has experience in social media marketing, understands how to tailor content by platform, and can collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, onsite marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with company goals and brand standards.
  • Create, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn.
  • Support brand awareness initiatives for approximately 50 agents in their local markets.
  • Manage the social media content calendar and coordinate campaigns with the integrated marketing team.
  • Write compelling captions, short-form copy, and campaign messaging tailored to each platform.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments or messages as appropriate, and help maintain a professional brand presence online.
  • Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and lead activity, and provide regular reporting and recommendations.
  • Stay current on platform trends, algorithm updates, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency across all digital and marketing channels.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.
  • Hands-on experience managing business accounts on Instagram, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to plan content strategically while also executing day-to-day posting and community management.
  • Experience using social scheduling, analytics, and reporting tools is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the financial services or insurance industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary and bonus opportunity. Based on current market references for social media management roles in the Henderson area, a reasonable hiring range for this position is approximately $60,000 to $80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include medical, dental, and 401(k). Salary and bonus details may be finalized based on candidate background and business needs.
