Retail Brand Ambassador

Base in one of these cities:

  • Seattle, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Oklahoma City (OKC), Dallas, Houston, St. Cloud, Chicago, Columbus, Charlotte, Atlanta, Tampa, Miami, Laredo.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Daily management of the BA team
  • Retail store shelf management
  • Planning and organizing field marketing activities

Brand Activation & Event Execution

  • Represent and present the company’s brand image at various events and designated locations
  • Introducing brand values, product features, and user experience to the public
  • Support on-site execution of brand initiatives and marketing activities
  • Maintain a consistent, professional, and positive brand presence
  • Assist with product display preparation and event setup

Store Coverage & Brand Execution

  • Visit approximately 10 retail locations daily within assigned territory
  • Ensure brand presentation standards, product visibility, and execution consistency
  • Maintain product displays and merchandising setups
  • Support brand launches and in-store brand initiatives

Inventory & Market Monitoring

  • Check in-store inventory levels and product coverage
  • Track product movement and document observations
  • Collect pricing information and competitor activity insights
  • Help maintain consistent brand experience across locations

Store Relationship Support

  • Maintain positive communication with store staff
  • Identify potential partnership opportunities and report market insights
  • Assist with onboarding support for new store locations

Reporting & Data Submission

  • Submit weekly store visit reports (photos + data)
  • Track SKU coverage and in-store execution status
  • Update CRM, Google Sheets, or internal systems
  • Provide market feedback and customer experience insights

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or above; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in brand promotion, retail execution, event support, or field operations preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules and perform frequent store visits
  • Comfortable using mobile apps and basic office tools for reporting
  • Bilingual (Chinese & English) preferred

Core Competencies:

  • 1+years of relevant work experience in a similar role
  • Experience in the e-cigarette industry is preferred
  • Strong communication and public interaction skills
  • Experience in the e-cigarette industry is preferred

  • Location: Dallas or Houston
