Business Development Representative

We are a recruiting agency that partners with the top VC backed startups in the world to source top 1% early career sales talent.

 

The Role: Business Development Representative (BDR) → 

You will be a foundational element of the Go-To-Market team. SDRs/BDRs do top of funnel sourcing and outreach to relevant prospects. You will be calling, emailing, messaging key stakeholders at potential customers, with the goal of attracting their attention to your product. 

 

What You’ll Be Doing →

The top startups in the world expect a lot from their sales talent. You will take on more responsibility than you would in a large corporate setting, you will get direct exposure to leadership, and you will be engaging with senior stakeholders at prospective clients. 

This is a team oriented, fast paced environment. 

 

What We’re Looking For →

The bar for talent is exceptionally high in these environments. We only work with people who have a track record of exceptionalism, have a very specific interest in startups, and who are exceedingly ambitious. 

This will be at least 5 days in office, we are looking for people who want to be deeply invested in their work and want to build

Excellent written and verbal communication—concise, persuasive, and thoughtful in every interaction

Analytical and iterative—you test new ideas, measure results, and refine your approach constantly

Comfortable operating in ambiguity—you’re excited to build processes and try new things in a fast-evolving environment

 

Comp → 

If you perform, you will make more money than any of your peers in consulting or finance. $100-120k starting comp, opportunity to exceed $150k within a year
