Marketing & Revenue Operations Associate
Entry-Level Marketing & RevOps Associate
FlexWash is a fast-paced, growing technology company helping car wash operators modernize how they sell memberships, manage customers, run marketing, and grow revenue.
We are looking for a recent graduate who wants to break into marketing, revenue operations, and sales enablement. This is a hands-on role for someone who is curious, organized, creative, resourceful, and excited to learn how modern go-to-market teams actually operate.
Before applying, take a look at what we do:
Website: https://www.flexwash.com/
YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/@FlexWash
Your first task would be simple to understand but important to execute well: review our YouTube channel and help make every video thumbnail more enticing, consistent, clickable, and on-brand.
That means thinking through what makes someone stop scrolling, what message should be communicated visually, how the FlexWash brand should look across videos, and how we can make technical product content feel clearer and more compelling.
If that kind of project sounds interesting to you, you may be a fit.
This is not a traditional marketing role where you wait around for assignments. You will help build campaigns, clean up data, research prospects, create sales materials, support outbound efforts, improve reporting, and use modern tools to move quickly.
What You’ll Work On
You will help with a wide range of marketing, sales, and RevOps projects, including:
Writing and improving sales emails, follow-up sequences, call scripts, landing page copy, campaign messaging, and product positioning.
Researching car wash operators, ownership groups, competitors, industry trends, target accounts, and new market opportunities.
Helping build targeted prospect lists and keeping CRM data clean, accurate, and useful.
Creating sales enablement materials, including one-pagers, pitch decks, demo notes, objection-handling guides, comparison content, and sales playbooks.
Using AI tools to speed up research, writing, brainstorming, summarization, design ideas, campaign planning, and content production.
Improving YouTube thumbnails, titles, descriptions, video organization, and channel consistency.
Supporting email marketing, text campaigns, social posts, website updates, and other outbound marketing efforts.
Reviewing call notes, demo transcripts, customer conversations, and sales feedback to identify pain points, objections, follow-up items, and content opportunities.
Helping track marketing performance, lead sources, campaign results, conversion rates, website activity, and pipeline impact.
Working with sales and leadership to improve follow-up, account prioritization, prospect communication, and campaign execution.
Helping organize internal knowledge, playbooks, templates, research, customer notes, and best practices so the team can move faster.
Assisting with RevOps projects such as CRM hygiene, workflow improvements, lead routing, reporting, sales process documentation, list building, and data cleanup.
Turning rough ideas into polished content, lists, briefs, campaigns, visuals, and action plans.
What You’ll Learn
This role is ideal for someone who wants exposure to the full modern revenue engine. You will learn how marketing, sales, CRM, customer data, automation, content, and operations work together inside a growing B2B software company.
You will get hands-on experience with modern tools used by high-performing teams, including AI writing and research tools, CRM systems, marketing platforms, sales engagement tools, spreadsheets, reporting dashboards, document systems, creative tools, and workflow automation tools.
You will learn how to think commercially: how to identify good prospects, communicate value, support sales conversations, measure results, and help turn marketing activity into revenue.
Who You Are
You are a recent college graduate or early-career professional looking to get into marketing, growth, sales operations, or revenue operations.
You are a strong writer and communicator.
You have a good eye for what looks clean, modern, and professional.
You are comfortable with technology and excited to use modern tools, including AI.
You are organized and detail-oriented.
You like moving fast and figuring things out.
You are willing to do both creative work and operational work.
You can take a rough idea and turn it into something useful.
You are not afraid of spreadsheets, research, CRM work, or repetitive tasks when they help the business grow.
You want to learn by doing.
Nice to Have
Experience with marketing, sales, internships, campus organizations, startups, CRM tools, content creation, YouTube, Canva, Figma, spreadsheets, or AI tools is helpful, but not required.
A strong work ethic, curiosity, taste, and ability to communicate clearly matter more than years of experience.
Why This Role Is Different
You will not be stuck in one narrow marketing lane. You will work directly on the projects that help a growing company find customers, communicate better, improve its sales process, and generate revenue.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to build a foundation in marketing, RevOps, sales strategy, content, and modern AI-enabled work.
If you are looking for a fast-paced environment where you can learn quickly, use modern tools, improve real marketing assets, and contribute to business growth, we would like to hear from you.
