Stafford & Associates Counseling, PLLC is a private clinical counseling practice dedicated to serving diverse demographics, including individuals navigating complex trauma and couples in high-conflict situations. In addition to our core clinical services, we are expanding our reach through the Reset Collective—a member-only portal and online educational platform designed to offer accessible mental health resources, wellness programs, and digital courses.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, strategic, and creative Marketing Practicum Student to collaborate directly with leadership to help build, launch, and market our digital programs, courses, and social media presence.
Position Overview: This practicum offers a hands-on opportunity to see the inner workings of building passive income streams and digital programs within a modern service-based business. You will play a key role in shaping our public-facing brand, designing launch strategies for educational courses, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Course & Program Launch Marketing: Assist in designing and executing marketing strategies for upcoming digital courses and member-only portal programs. This includes drafting email campaigns, creating promotional graphics, and structuring sales funnels.
Content Creation & Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) that aligns with our brand voice. Translate complex mental wellness concepts into digestible, visually appealing social media posts, stories, and reels.
Platform & Program Management Support: Help organize, upload, and format course materials, worksheets, and resources within our digital hosting platforms.
Brand Strategy & Analytics: Monitor engagement metrics across social media and digital campaigns, compiling basic reports to help optimize our marketing reach and community engagement.
What You Will Learn (Practicum Learning Objectives):
Hands-on experience executing a digital product launch from ideation to consumer delivery.
Practical application of content marketing strategies, audience segmentation, and brand consistency in a professional healthcare/wellness space.
Competency using modern digital marketing tools, automated email platforms, and content management software.
Understanding the ethical and compliance boundaries required when marketing in a confidential, clinical industry.
Qualifications:
Current graduate student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field.
Strong written communication skills with an eye for detail, design aesthetic, and brand alignment.
Familiarity with social media management tools and graphic design platforms (like Canva).
Self-motivated, organized, and excited about the intersection of digital marketing and mental wellness.
Ability to maintain strict professionalism and understanding of boundaries within a clinical business environment.
